Keeping anilox rolls clean is one of key factors of quality printing. If anilox cell is plugged with dirt, dried ink or varnish, it is hard to achieve printing of high quality. Plugged cells of anilox roll decrease ink transfer level of anilox roll, i.e. reduce delivery amount of ink and varnish.
