Pratex is a leading Ukrainian company producing ceramic anilox rolls and chrome-plated rolls for flexo and offset printing industry. Using the latest surface technologies in Thermal Spray and laser engraving we can guarantee the highest quality for all of our products.
Pratex offers full range of services in refurbishing or producing brand new anilox rollers. At our premises we are able to produce anilox rolls up to 3 meters long. Basis of our production is a world leading Thermal Spray technology for wear-proof and low porosity ceramic coating with hardness >1200Hv.
Two laser engravers, YAG and CO2 provide wide range of screen count and ink volume figures. Currently we are able to produce anilox rolls with a range of 40 to 500 lpcm.
